The beach restaurant's seafood was delicious.

The food and service made the stay special. We went to see Sarantaris beach and lychnostatis open air museum nearby. Vacation base for trip in Anissaras.

We really loved to chill in the nearby The Lounge. Not far from Unoficial Fkk Naturist Beach.

Some guests have reported long waiting times at the bar for drinks when sitting, as they are instructed to wait for a waiter.

Facilities, place, organization. It is a very good place to go with the family.

I was there for a conference. I found that lights in the conference rooms were not sufficient.

This hotel is truly luxurious! the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all fantastic. the outdoor swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers and the beach access was very convenient. the entertainment was great, as was the beauty treatment on offer. the garden area was beautiful, perfect for a stroll. The staff provided excellent service and the restaurant offered delicious dinners and a continental breakfast. Cons: the only minor issue was the lack of a night club.

I was there for a conference. I liked the food and room offering much more than other conference hotels I have stayed at. I only speak English, and I liked how easy it was to speak with the hotel staff.

I like to see local sites in the evening after work - restaurants, bars, ruins, etc. The hotel location made it expensive and difficult to get to the nearest place - Heraklion - to do these things.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything we needed, including ample parking and transportation options. Its proximity to the Kera Karddiotissa monastery, Lassithi plateau, and Dicteon caves allowed us to easily explore these fascinating attractions. Additionally, the location was convenient for our travels back to the airport and to the capital city. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas, ensuring that our needs were met. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The breakfast buffet was not very good. It contained a lot of cheap, unhealthy and tasteless items. But always fresh fruits.

The hotel had great food and drink options which were included in the price, making it a good value for the money. The location was also nice, with a reserved beach area and plenty of room for lounging in the sun or shade. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The decor of the hotel was a bit outdated and the wait for drinks in the main bar could be slow at times. the noise from the golf buggy type vehicles passing by could be disruptive to light sleepers.

The location is great.

The staff was very unfriendly and inefficient. They first tried to redirect a friend I was staying with to another hotel, although she had exactly the same reservation I had. They also had us pay in advance, which is quite unusual. At breakfast they remove your plates in an excessive hurry. Upon leaving it took them ten minutes to acknowledge that we had already paid.
